Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase.

Artisans India only accepts return orders if the product is damaged. 

Return Process

To return an item:

  • Place the item securely in its original packaging.

  • We will book a reverse pickup- simply hand it to the delivery agent when they arrive.

Refunds

  • After receiving your return, we will process your refund​

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your item to complete processing.​

  • You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:
